Middle-aged people along with the increase of age, the body’s tissues and organs function has a downward trend, at the same time also has received the serious threat to the health of middle-aged people, especially the middle-aged sports ability drop is more obvious.And with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, human material and cultural life level unceasing enhancement, many countries have been aging trend.Therefore enhance the health of middle-aged people, attaches great importance to the middle age of physical exercise, improve the sports ability of middle-aged, delay the aging of middle-aged people has become a important research subject at present.Aerobics is one of the more popular traditional Chinese sports, aerobic exercise, sports form, the technique of load characteristics are anatomical structure and physiological characteristics of middle-aged, so popular with middle-aged people in the popular national fitness, and as a physical exercise of choice for sports.In this paper, the middle-aged people in the process of aerobic exercise on body shape, function and exercise capacity index change has carried on the comprehensive research.Therefore, in order to better guide the middle-aged scientific fitness exercise, enhance the middle-aged physique and improve the sports ability of middle-aged people, according to the middle-aged body characteristics of the structure and function of each organ system, movement in sensitive indicators for middle-aged, scientifically aerobics choreography, and in aerobic exercise for six months, the middle-aged basic health check and athletic ability test, according to the movement of the sensitive indexes before and after contrast, not only able to quantitatively research the function of body-building exercises on the body and which aspects of the impact of sports ability, using the experimental data proved that scientific and reasonable of aerobics exercise can improve the motor ability of middle-aged people, to improve the public fitness theory;to the guidance of the scientific public fitness, also make aerobics exercise better serve, more conducive to promoting the development of the national fitness campaign, to improve the health level.Body shape, function and exercise capacity index research conclusion is as follows:(1) A six-month middle-aged aerobic exercise can reduce weight, has significant effect.to.body.weight(P<0.01).(2)Six months of aerobic exercise on middle-aged women subjects lung capacity has significant effect(P < 0.01), there was no significant difference of middle-aged male subjects(P > 0.05).(3) Six months of aerobic exercise to improve the elderly strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, balance, time up and go, sit up a significant role in 30 seconds.
