Law Enforcement In Higher Education In The Usa And Its Power Functions

In this paper, with the review of the evolution on the rule of the law in the USAhigher education,the deep analysis of status quo of the USA higher educational law enforcement,it reflects the status quo of Chinese higher education law enforcement,and discusses the main body,content,processes and patterns of Chinese higher educationa law enforcement,in which the author pays close attention to the consideration for the optimization of Chinese higher education law enforcement and the strengthen of its power functions.The research is operated by using the patterns of educational ecology.It regards the whole nation,government and society as an ecology system of positive interaction,and its power functions is embodied during the process of researching on the main body,run and functions of higher education law enforcement.There must be some value of innovation to study the functions of the power from the perspective of position,angles and dimensions of the national development.From the practical significance point of view,our country is carrying out and deepen the concept of the "Education Law".By researching the USA higher educational law enforcement and its power functions,it reveals and builds healthy operation of socio-ecological systems and the mechanism of effective exertion of the power functions,which provides scientific reference on advancing the exertion of the power functions.
