A Study On Operation Characteristics And Development Strategies Of Amature Football Clubs In Beijing

In the modern training of Chinese young football players, the special ability on football is focused on for the results of the game, while that the comprehensive development of young players, especially the intellective development is ignored. As a result, the professional ethics of our players is poor. There are some endless match-fixings. Therefore, we-should be in line with people-oriented, sustainable development principles, make a comprehensive development of the young football players.This research is based on a number of administrators, coaches and parents of trainees from Guo'an Yueye FC, Sangao FC, Sunshine Academy, Bayi Aoxiang Academy, Langyue Academy, ClubFootball FC, Dewei Academy and Dongcheng FC. Using literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, we reach conclusions as follows.1. the number of kids who had taken part in football training has almost remained in the same level, without much growth and reduction.2. Coaches in Beijing are qualified for the basic requests of football academies, such as educational background, technical grades and coaching certificate. However, communicative deficiency in foreign languages stops themselves from learning from advanced football knowledge of external training, coaching and concept.3. In China, football coaches apply different training methods instead of universal teaching plan, which restraints our youth football players, to some extent, due to limitations of our coaches. Furthermore, teenager training sessions in Beijing focus more on specialization rather than interest, which drives many youngsters away from football.4. The prime objective of most parents is to let their get more physical exercises. People are apt to sign up for the club because of its high level and capacity; Most parents believe their children love attending football club as well as football. The main reason for the parents who do not sign up for their kids is that there is no available football clubs in or near their neighborhood, which also explains why we cannot find enough football academies in the whole city.
