As one of the main operation forms,4S shop will inevitably face the new change in investment, operation and management. In the era of knowledge economy, the rapid development of information and the rise of the network become the new power of the development of the enterprises. For 4S shop, the first important problem is how to construct the management mode of enterprise resource planning and customer relationships which will give full play to the superiority of the 4S systerm and continously improve our service quality.This reseach is about the information management systerm of 4S shop attached to the business group. In terms of auto dealers, we bring all the business processes of 4S shop into our reseach, such as sales, spear parts, after-sale service, stock, finance, and so on. Next we systematically reseach the theory of auto supply chain and the typical business model with field work. Finally we finish the demand analysis and schematic design of the information systerm which consists of 4S shop as the main body.With field survey of the business process of Nissan 4S shop, we pinpoint some problems to exist in it. So we develop the information management systerm being suitable for 4S shop through the detailed demand analysis and schematic design. The systerm can be used by 4S shop to promote the management and service level. |
