The Design And Implementation Of Visual Ivr System Based On Voicexml Technology

In order to reduce the development cycle process of the interactive voice response system, and lower the difficulty about the business process design of the traditional IVR system, this paper completes a visual IVR system in use of VoiceXML technology.The system includes flow-edit tool, the Web pages with VoiceXML label and the implementation of the engine. The overall framework and the core is designed and implemented.The investigations and researches are made on the status and theory of visualization technology in this paper, as well as analysis and comparisons on traditional flow-edit tools is gave. Based on the fore mentioned work, considering the design principle with flexible, convenient and friendly user interface, the flow-edit tool is designed an implemented in detail. And then in the premise of the current Web technology, this system provides a solution that analogizing business flow into enterprise portal. It can be combined with enterprise data business closely. In use of VoiceXML technology, it accomplishes the design and implementation of the IVR system engine, which combined with OpenVXI open source project.
