Research On Dashiqiao County Economy

Dashiqiao city, which occupies an important position in 44 counties in Liaoning province, is a top 100 county in term of economy, meanwhile, Dashiqiao city is a resources-based city, The pressure from its transformation is tremendous. This article, based on the general theory for county economy, using successful county economic development modes in developed provinces for reference and comprehensively analyzing the basis and conditions for developing Dashiqiao county economy, aims at offering viable counter measures and suggestions for Dashiqiao county economy development.This article deems that Dashiqiao city has a solid foundation for development and boasts such advantages as natural resources, geographical location and industry cluster. But the industrial structure is comparatively single, industrial chain shorter; the quantities of enterprises entering zones is not so much. The staying power of development is insufficient, science and technology don't play an important role in local economy, facing such opportunities as economy globalization, industries at home and abroad transforming and preferential polices given by the State Council, the Province and Yingkou city, Dashiqiao city should adopt the following development strategies:1.high end strategy; 2. diversifying strategy; 3. gathering strategy; 4.ecology strategy. And Dashiqiao should realize these development strategies through 10 measures such as striving to develop industries zons,"going global" and reconstruction of old city proper. In doing so, a successful transformation of source-based city can be gradually realized.In structure in this article, the 1st chapter is the preface introducing the basis for choosing the theme and research content; the 2nd chapter is analyzing the importance of developing Dashiqiao county economy, mainly introducing the concept and characteristics of county economy, analysis of Liaoning provincial county economy fundamental state, status and function of Dashiqiao county economy in the nation, the Province and Yingkou city; the 3rd chapter is introducing Dashiqiao county economy development status and analysis of it; the 4th chapter puts forward " four strategies" and "ten measures" which are aiming at Dashiqiao county economy development; the 5th chapter summarizes the article.
