Study On Pushing Forward The Constructing Of A New Socialist Countryside Based On The Land

To construct a new socialist countryside is the major historic task in the modernization of China. The author think that the problem of the land is the most prominent problem in constructing a new countryside. How to solve the problem of the land reasonably, especially, how to protect the legal rights of the peasants is in relation to the success or failure of the "Agriculture" policy, the process of constructing the new socialist countryside and carrying out the achievement of the future grand objective of countryside development in China.Guided by dialectical Materialism, historic Materialism and scientific outlook on development, the author used both standard analyzing and case analyzing research method. Firstly, the author elaborated the background and the significance for writing this paper as well as the present situation in this research field based on four clues. At the same time, the author stated his research ideas and methods, the frame structure and the main component of the article. Secondly, the author expatiated on the theoretical bases that provide the foundation for the research, which include property rights theory, sustainable development theory, innovation theory, behavior theory, grand agricultural cycle economy theory and scientific outlook on development. Thirdly, the author analyzed the status quo of the construction and development of Chinese new socialist countryside in depth. In this part, the author mainly discussed the land problems in the process of constructing Chinese new socialist countryside because the core of this paper lies in how to put forward the construction of Chinese new socialist countryside based on the land, and then brought forward some pointed countermeasures for solving these problems. At last, the author studied the case---how does the test site Dapu of Nanling Xian of Wuhu City of Anhui Province pushforward its new socialist countryside construction based on the land in depth in order to attend the above theoretical studies by experimental studies.
