Financial Appraisal Model Construction About Investment Value Of Chinese Listed Companies

The research project on the financial appraisal model has been given widespread attention abroad all the time. As the important part of economy and the investment value study, it not only has high academic value, but alse has the huge social application value. With the development of economic theory and the improvement of the research methods, the study becomes deepening continuously. The strong demand from the practice circle promotes the academic research process. In the developing but immature Chinese stock market, the fairness of the companies concerns the interests of the investors and the creditors, so the research on their financial position is very important. It is therefore imperative to build the investment value model for it.This thesis depending on the background of the Chinese securities market, analyzing the changes of investment thinkings these years and advocate that value investment thinkings will dominate in the market. The second part is about the concept of the listed company's investment value. The listed company's investment value refers to investment about listed companies. The third part is the analysis of related factors with investment value from macroscopic factors analysis and microscopic analysis, including financial policy and monetary policy's influence to the stock market; Central analysis, including industry analysis and position analysis. The last part is about the analysis of the stock investment methods, it first uses Independent-Samples T Test, to choose the financial index variables. Then extracts the main fandector by means of factor analysis, selecting the factor scores as the independent variable, building the industry model of listed companies with the aid of Logistic regressive analysis methods and SPSS12.0 statistical software, and constructs investment value model for listed companies.
