The Research On The Consummation Of Credit Guarantee System Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Zhuzhou

The small and medium-sized enterprise has become the important power to develop our national economy, but the SMEs'further development has subject to financing difficulty. Zhuzhou is one important city of state Changzhutan two-style society construction comprehensive experimental zone. The SMEs in Zhuzhou has played a critical role in prospering economy, increasing the income of urban and rural residents and the tax, providing working opportunity and transforming high technology achievements. But financing difficulty and credit guarantee difficulty are foremost factor hindering the development of SMEs in Zhuzhou. Though credit guarantee institution of SMEs in Zhuzhou has been established since 2000 to resolve the financing difficulty and credit guarantee difficulty of the SMEs and developed for nearly 10 years, the credit guarantee institutions has achieved some success in resolving the SMEs financing difficulty, the SMEs'credit guarantee system isn't perfect which prevents it from playing a role in better.Through extensive investigation on site for present situation of SEMs'financing and credit guarantee institutions in Zhuzhou, the research shows that the primary reason of the difficulty for SMEs bank loaning is lack of top-quality guarantee. The thesis combines relevant theory of SMEs credit guarantee and the present development of domestic SMEs'credit guarantee system, refers developed zones' practical experience of consummating SMEs'credit guarantee system, analysises deeply the present situation and the problems of the SMEs' credit guarantee system in Zhuzhou, finally the thesis constructs the overall framework of the SMEs credit guarantee system in Zhuzhou and puts out corresponding institutional arrangement and gives the countermeasures and proposal of how to improve the SMEs'credit guarantee system in Zhuzhou. The research has very good practical and theoretical significance to consummate the SMEs credit guarantee system in Zhuzhou.
