Study On The Consummation Of Chizhou's Credit Guarantee Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

The small and medium-sized enterprise has become the important power to development our national economy, but the small and medium-sized enterprise's futher development has subject to financing difficulty. Chizhou is the developing city in AnHui province. The development of small and medium-sized enterprise in Chizhou has played a critical role in prosperous economy, provided working opportunity, pushed demand, transformed high technology achievement. But financing difficulty and guarantee difficulty areforemost factor hindering the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chizhou. Though credit guarantee finance institution of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chizhou has been established,but institution existed many sides that need to be improved.Through extensive investigation on site for present situation of small and medium-sized enterprises' credit guarantee finance in Chizhou, incorporated relevant theory of credit guarantee with the present development of credit guarantee in domestic and abroad.Through the comparison the credit guarantee in Chizhou with that in domestic developed city ,analysis the guarantee,draw lessons from operation of Mianyang Tianli Credit Guarantee Ltd. in detail, point out the problem existed in credit guarantee institution in Chizhou. At last the thesis gave the strategy and proposal of how to improving the credit guarantee in Chizhou.This thesis, analysis the guarantee financing case of Chizhou TianfangTea Ltd. the author analyzes qualitatively and quantitatively the credit evaluation which are difficulties and emphases in credit guarantee in Chizhou. And set the credit criterion system to the practical operation of the credit evaluation system.
