Modern Logistics Industry In Jilin Province Development Strategies

The old logistics concepts and traditional logistics mode should change, poor infrastructure need to be improved, talent cultivation is imperative.Jilin province has superior agricultural resources, industrial resources, medical resources, and petrochemical and education resources. So the rapid development of the logistics has the solid foundation. In the future we should increase the investment on the infrastructure of feature logistics, establish the bulk grain transportation, promote the bulk grain base, discharge, bulk storage and bulk transport-the "four deconcentrations", and connect with the developed countries. The establishment of large-scale automobile logistics center, medicine logistics center, petrochemical logistics center. In Changchun, Jilin, Yanbian and Tumen port reinforce the main logistics base construction. Establish the modern logistics platform in Jilin province with the characteristics of informationization, specialization, standardization and fast. Reduce logistics costs effectively, improve logistics enterprise's internal financial management, and promote the activity-based costing method in order to scientifically compute the logistics cost. Through scientific planning and construction, try to make the logistics become the power resources of the economic development of Jilin province, become the powerful support of economic development, and promoting the healthy and rapid economic development.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter, it is about summary of relevant concepts and theory.
