Reach On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Rural Three Industries Convergence In Jilin Province

Rural industry integration and development is the basic rule of modern agricultural development,which is a task that must be completed to develop and promote modern agriculture.It is also the internal driving force for promoting agricultural transformation and upgrading.Incorporating agriculture into the value chain of the secondary and tertiary industries will only change price factors in the scope of the primary industry,improving the connotation and quality of agricultural development and promoting sustainable agricultural development.Based on the current situation of the integration for the three industries,this article tried to analyze the situation from four aspects of Jilin Province's agricultural industry chain extension,agricultural multifunctionality,integration of agriculture service industries and increase of farmers' income and urban-rural integration.Based on that,an evaluation index system was constructed,and the degree of industrial integration in Jilin Province was measured.The calculation results showed that the degree of integration gradually deepened and the integration had steadily improved.However there is still an imbalance in the development and a lot of room for development.Basis on that,an in-depth analysis of the current difficulties in the process of rural industrial integration in Jilin Province: Industrial upgrading is facing challenges,the degree of integration of the three industries is low and the level of integration is shallow,the development of agricultural functions is insufficient,the infrastructure needs to be built,and the factor support capacity needs to be improved.Finally,based on the analysis and combing,we should foster new industrial integration subjects,promote industrial structure upgrade,deepen the benefit linkage mechanism of the integration of the three industries,make full use of the versatility of agriculture,strengthen the construction of infrastructure in rural areas,and increase policy support for the integration of the three industries five aspects of the strength to put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the dilemma.
