Logistics Costs In The Commercial Chain Optimization Study

As an important mode of operation, chain enterprise is adopted widely in the word. Chain enterprise starts late in china, and there are still a large gap compared with developed countries, many chain enterprises in China generally have a high cost of logistics. The inburst of many large multinational chain enterprises increase the competition. Therefore it is of great significance to analyze the optimization method of logistics.On the basis of qualitative analysis and assisting with quantitative analysis of statistic data, document analysis method and mathematical model method were adopted to analyze logistics cost optimization for chain enterprises, providing referential advice for optimizing of logistics cost in chain enterprise.This paper explained the basic concepts and theories of the logistics and chain enterprise, and logistics cost components in chain enterprise were classified on this basis, analyzing the factors that impact the logistics cost in chain enterprise and the key activities which caused the logistics costs in chain enterprise.By analyzing the logistics actives in the Guomei logistics, the starting point to optimize their logistics costs was found based on the theoretical analysis above, optimizing their logistics costs focusing on the optimization of logistics processes and optimization of the traffic paths angle, and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of its optimization. Redesigning the warehouse structure, the inventory items was classified by means of ABC classification method, optimizing the logistics service process adopting the fishbone diagram analysis method and the ECRS method, and the vehicular transport paths were optimized by means of saving method. In combination of practical condition of Guomei logistics, plans of logistic cost optimization for chain enterprise were brought forward.
