Study On The Method And Application Of Logistics Service Provider Selection For Core Enterprise In Supply Chain Environment

As business competition from the competition between the enterprises changes into competition between supply chains,more and more enterprises through a strategic partership with upstream and downstream enterprises,in order to ensure the optimal and the whole supply chain efficiency gain more interests.At the same time,in order to focus resources development the core competitiveness,more and more companies tend to will non-core competitiveness of logistics outsourcing to logistics supplier.Logistics supplier selection is the enterprise logistics outsourcing strategy extremely important link,once the improper selection,it could cause the failure of enterprise logistics outsourcing interruptions,,it brings to the enterprise operational risk.Especially the core enterprise in supply chain leading position,its logistics partner of choice not only affects own interests,but also about the effective operation of the entire supply chain.Therefore,the core enterprise to the logistics supplier evaluation and selection has become the important strategy of the supply chain management.Since the decision-making environment for the core enterprise selecting logistics service providers is more complex,the core enterprise not only needs to consider own interests,but also to focus on the supply chain coordination and win-win situation.Based on this,this paper takes the core enterprise logistics requirements as the breakthrough point,discussed considering the core enterprise internal and external stakeholders different logistics demand of how to choose the most appropriate logistics provider partners.In this paper,the specific finishes the following works:(1)Analysis of the demand for logistics services and the evaluation index system.First,the core interests of enterprise logistics service stakeholders to define,identify core customers logistics services;and core customer demand were to analyze,to obtain core enterprise demand for logistics services;This article initially established logistics provider evaluation index system by Balanced Scorecard,from financial,customer,internal processes,development and learning,logistics services to build five dimensions evaluation system.Then,preliminary selection evaluation were screened to identify critical evaluation by Vague set method in order to establish the final logistics providers evaluation system(2)A method for selecting logistics service providers based on three-dimensional QFD is proposed.First,the basic theory and methods is elaborated;from the perspective of customer requirements,considering the core enterprise internal and external stakeholders' different logistics service demand.Logistics provider selection based on three-dimensional QFD is detailed described.Next,propose the acquiring and processing methods of demand parameters weight,index weights and evaluation of information.Finally,prioritize optional 3PLs by using the TOPSIS method so as to select the logistics service providers ranked first as the partners of the enterprise.(3)A potential application about logistics service provider selection is given.In this paper,in the logistics of the J company as a case study of supplier selection,combined with the actual situation of J company and logistics supplier selection method presented in this paper selected the most suitable for J company's logistics partners,to verify the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.In this paper,we give the core enterprise under the environment of supply chain logistics supplier selection method,for the logistics supplier selection problems in the reality provides a practical and feasible solutions,help enterprises to choose the most suitable logistics strategic partners.In addition,this study taking the core enterprise logistics requirements as the breakthrough point,and considering the core enterprise internal and external stakeholders different logistics demand enriched the theories and methods of logistics supplier selection,and at the same time as the core enterprise logistics partner selection provides certain ideas and methods to guide practice.
