| The development of automobile industry reflects a country’s comprehensive strength from a hand. That because the automobile industry is a high correlative industry, it not only can create huge profits to the country and enterprise but also can solve most people’s problem of employment. Automobile logistics as one of the auto industry is an important part of integrated covers the packaging, transportation, storage, a series of logistics activities. Not only including supply chain upstream and raw material supplier communication, consultation, negotiation, including supply chain downstream sales logistics will car through the transportation service movement to every consumer hand.With the rapid economic growth and the improvement of people’s consumption level, cars has become a common high-grade consumer goods of Chinese people, China’s car sales is presenting a blowout growth in recent ten years. The rapid expansion of car market and fast increasing of import and export of car have contributed to the high development of logistics industry,what’s more, automobile logistics is one of the most important in the whole automobile industry, and what takes about80%of the cost of logistics is the transportation. So in this text we put forward the study in the SQ company vehicle logistics path optimization problem.In this paper, firstly we analyzes the current situation of SQ company vehicle logistics route, second, basing on the VRP model and the saving mileage method,we solve the problem which was ask in the third part. Third, we chose a region which has9dealer distribution as an example, to optimize the model and the saving mileage method.Finally, obtains the optimized results, SQ not only saved130yuan of logistics cost, but also reduces the cost in the trailer. This measures reduces the driver’s labor cost on the one ways, one the other way reduce the load ratio of the delivering trucks. The last but not least, based on the model and the saving method,we put forward to improve a proposal, which can be use in wider region and improve the SQ company’s vehicle logistics efficiency. |
