The right to development in developing countries since World War II to break the old international economic order, equal participation in the development process and equal enjoyment of the fruits of development aspirations. "Declaration on the Right to Development" from the real world background, under the "UN Charter", "Universal Declaration of Human Rights," "Economic, Social and Cultural Rights" and "international covenant on civil and political rights," the spirit of the principles and relevant provisions of, admitted:"The right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which the development of all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized. "" People are the subject of development, therefore, the right to development should be active participants and beneficiaries. Developing countries, both subjectively willing or not, have been involved in this global movement, the right to development in developing countries to achieve at this stage also presents new opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, universal and comprehensive realization of social relations is the basis for the right to development, while providing the foundation of globalization, from this universal and comprehensive social relations brought about by advanced achievements of human development and globalization issues facing mankind solution, to developing countries to achieve the right to development provides a good opportunity. Marx, a person's level of development depends on his contact with other people and society as a whole level of development, and the wider community to establish more links and is the basis for realization of the right to development, but also communism to the foundation world. On the other hand, due to the current era of globalization is still dominated by the globalization of capitalism, the capitalist pursuit of profit and grab the maximum residual value of nature has not changed, in a capitalist accounting technology, capital advantage in the production of contact, developing countries at a competitive disadvantage, according to "Matthew Effect", there may even be pushed out of poverty and the development of equal ranks of risk. This is globalization for developing countries to achieve the right to bring the two Heavy. Faced with this dual-based, while avoiding disadvantages of developing countries only in accordance with the principles of their actual and global competition, we must take the Comparative Advantage, the advantage strategy, technology innovation strategy, sustainable development, progressive financial opening-up strategy, the strengthening of international economic coordination and cooperation strategy. These strategies and principles of equal benefit to the developing countries to participate in the development process,to promote the further realization of the right to development.
