| According to the connotation of insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, this paper constructed the comprehensive Human All-Round Development evaluation index system through the selection, screening and rational analysis of Human All-Round Development indicators. Determined the optimal weights of indicators by combination weighting method, Combine standard deviation, G1, OEW to get the combination weight. Lastly analyzed the Human All-Round Development of 14 cities of Liaoning province.The contribution characteristics lie on five aspects. Firstly, determined the optimal weights of indicators by combining Objective weights to get the combination weights, reflecting its own characteristics and indicator data expertise. Secondly, through evaluation of the quality of life, quality of human and human capital environment, index system reflects the basic harmony of humankind requirements in a harmonious society. Thirdly, having evaluated economic development environment, social development, environmental, index system reflect the basic requirement of social harmony of the harmony between human and the society. Fourthly, analyzed the situation of Liaoning province to get some results and provided some advice. |
