Supplier Management In The Government Green Procurement Study

Entering the 21st century, the environmental problem has already become an obstacle of the development of human society, governments have put forward the strategy of sustainable development to cope with the situation. As an important measure of sustainable development strategy, green government procurement has been gaining more and more attention. Because, through the implementation of government procurement government may drive the green economy development and people's green consumption and guiding economy, society and environment to the path of sustainable development.At present, the research of green government procurement focus on promoting low-carbon economy, while the research of supplier management mainly focus on the evaluation and selection of suppliers and how to guarantee the suppliers'rights in purchasing. The paper focus on the research of the access, incentives of the green suppliers.The paper using research methods such as AHP, example analysis, incomplete information game and empirical analysis, etc. The part of access mainly study the index system of evaluation and choice, using simple and scientific methods to chose the suppliers. The part of incentive mainly study the influence of asymmetric information to purchasing and put forward the method of incentive green suppliers by reducing the degree of information disequilibrium. The part of supervise mainly talk about clearing the constitution and functions of supervise subject and setting up implementation rules of supervise. The part of performance and acceptance mainly study how to ensure the results of green suppliers'performance through specification acceptance process. In the part of exit mechanism design, exit channel construction and supporting measures construction are the most important two respects.In the empirical analysis, the writer analyses the actuality and possible problems of green government procurement using IT products as an example. Finally, the paper summarizes some understanding of research and put forwards some further research direction.
