The Study On Green Procurement Problems And Countermeasures Of Taiyuan Municipal Government

With the increasing emphasis on green development in China,the government also accelerates the implementation of green procurement gradually.However,it is still in the early stage of development for Chinese government green procurement,and it is urgent to take effective measures to promote the development of green procurement actively.In the paper,taking the People ' s Government of Taiyuan City as an example,to study the problems of government green procurement.Through the analysis of the current situation of green procurement in the People's Government of Taiyuan City,it is found that there are many problems on government green procurement,including insufficient consciousness,imperfect standard setting,imperfect system,single procurement method,incomplete supply chain and lagging information.In view of these problems,various countermeasures are put forward,such as enhancing the awareness,improving the standards,perfecting the system,enriching the methods,improving the supply chain design and accelerating the information construction of government green procurement,so as to promote the development of green procurement in the People's Government of Taiyuan City.
