A Study On The Construction Of New Rural And The Utilization Of Fdi In Agriculture In Hubei

Modernization, urbanization, marketization and globalization continued to reveal the extension of the overall trend of social development. Whether in open social system or closed social environment, their effects are unavoidable. China is a large agricultural country. Agriculture, country and farmers have always been a bottleneck in the development of our society. We have to figure out the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in order to achieve our goal of building a moderately prosperous society, and then to accomplish national modernization. The expansion of the openness of agriculture is not only a strategic measure of accelerating agricultural modernization, but also a major measure of vitalizing agriculture. The process of agricultural modernization in China requires substantial capital investment.And foreign direct investment is an important source in agriculture. So the actively introduction of foreign direct investment is significant for the development of China's agriculture.This paper mainly studied the conditions of the new rural reconstruction toward the agriculture using foreign direct investment. Respectively based on regional economies and industrial structure and so on, this paper proposed the idea and the way that conform to Chinese concrete condition through drawing on the experience of other countries. This paper was based on the environmental aspects of agricultural utilization of foreign capital and combined with the specific environment of development of new rural construction to study the use of foreign capital of Hubei province so as to introduce new rural construction on the impact of agricultural use of foreign capital.This paper was to study the new rural construction and the agricultural use of foreign capital of Hubei province through four parts. The first part introduced the research background, purpose, significance, research status, contents and methods, and proposed innovation of this paper. While The second part was analyzing the theory of the construction of new rural and the utilization of foreign capital in agriculture, it also studied the environmental factors of the utilization of foreign capital and showed that laws, policies, natural environment, infrastructure, level of agricultural development, human resources, service environment and so on determined the level of agricultural utilization of foreign capital. And besides that, the construction of new rural had a certain effect on the agricultural utilization of foreign capital. The third part was specific to the Hubei province's status and deficiency of utilizing foreign direct investment and summarized the domestic and abroad successful experience of utilizing foreign capital to help Hubei province to utilize foreign direct investment. The forth part proposed the suggestion of utilizing foreign direct investment of Hubei's agriculture according to the above analysis.
