The Research On B2b Online Payment Value Coordination Mechanism

In recent years, as the development of Internet and information technology, e-commerce has achieved rapid development, and in the future e-commerce will become the dominant mode of economic development. The development of e-commerce environment needs for good payment environment, online payment is an essential part of e-commerce activities, and its bearing on the development of e-commerce. But now there are a series of disorderly behaviors in online payment, such as using online payment for money laundering, tax evasion and the existence of identity theft, credit fraud and other disorderly behavior in online payment, these disorderly behaviors restrict the development of online payment and become an obstacle to the e-commerce development process. Therefore, in order to promote the rapid development of e-commerce, the urgent need for the study of development status of online payments and its synergy and then solve the disorderly behaviors in online payment. To solve the disorder behavior in online payment, this paper applies of information ecological theory, coordination and information genetic theory to study of B2B online payment. The main content and innovations are as follows:(1) Build the B2B online payment information ecological chain and information ecosystem model. It makes feasibility analysis of applying information ecology to study online payment; applies of information ecological factors concepts to divide the participants of the online payment; builds B2B online payment information ecological chain and information ecosystem model.(2) Use order parameter theory to research B2B online payment information ecosystem. It proposes the "identity+credibility" participant information genetic model and constructs different participant information genetic models, each type of participant information genetic model as a micro-order parameter of system, all the participant information genetic models as the online payment information ecosystem order parameter.(3) Build order degree calculation model of B2B online payment participants. From two angles of identity and credibility to build order degree calculation model of online payment information producers, information consumers and information transfer and then get the order degree calculation model of the whole online payment information ecosystem.(4)Research value cooperation mechanism of B2B online payment information ecosystem. Design collaborative mechanism framework of B2B online payment information ecosystem and from two points of the divide of ecological niche and income distribution mechanism to research the value collaborative mechanism of online payment.The collaborative of online payment systems can effectively implement the Integration of logistics,business flow and information flow of online payment system, and lay the foundation for the development of electronic commerce. The paper uses information ecological theory, coordination and information genetic theory to study the B2B online payment can effective implement of collaborative management of B2B online payment and opened up a new perspective for the collaborative management of B2B online payment.
