Based on theoretic and positive analysis, this paper analyzes the existing marketing channels of odor control products from Canadian ECOLO dealt by A Company by compare, and then bring forward a reasonable project to resolve the problem on the existing marketing channels and research this way by systems analysis to find out the choosing mode of marketing channels of A Company.In this paper, environment analysis and SWOT analysis are applied to analyze the market situation on the products dealt by A Company. First of all, review and research are done to explain the future of odor control products from Canadian ECOLO and existing marketing channels and their construction. The aim of marketing channels of A Company—occupy the market rapidly, increase the market share; lower the marketing cost, increase the profit is settled up based on procedure theory of marketing channels. According to this aim, this paper compare, analyze and evaluate the projects for choice and then, evaluate the economical, controllable and adaptive standard of the projects for choice. Considering the requirement for achievement for new products in domestic market, the final project of direct marketing in Shaanxi is determined. To realize it, to innovate the marketing management and re-build the system is applied to increase the market share. This gives demonstration to the promotion in other markets as well as references and modes to the choice of agents in other areas. Out of Shaanxi, direct marketing channel controlled by region sales management is conducted to find out the reliable combination of region sales management and service providers for the purpose of exploiting markets and increasing shares. All these provide the efficient marketing channels for the improvement of achievement in the region of agency.This paper analyzes the problem on the existing marketing channels of A Company, and design and evaluate the new project by procedure theory. This optimizes the existing marketing channels and helps realize the marketing aim.
