The birth of Taylor's scientific management theory marked the management of human activities into a stage that the practice and theory promoted each other. The management theory began to focus on efficiency and scientific management. In the material-oriented management stage which Taylor's Economic Man Hypothesis as the representation, capitalists regard the workers as the tool of production which can speak, ignoring the needs of workers. People just exists as a tool that capitalist pursuit of profit maximization. It emphasize materials than people. Although it prompted the progress of management, it stifled the humanity and hindered the development of productivity in some way.With the development of management theory and practice, the management access to the modern stage of humanistic management. Business has undergone major changes in management, tends to the direction of human development. humanistic management is the management of abandoning the traditional things, it not only focus on the scientific of management, but also pay attention to people's role in the development of a modern enterprise, which has brought new blood and vitality in people management to many modern respected companies. Humanistic management has been advocated by many modern enterprises, at the same time, it is also assumed by the theory of human nature, alienation, the logic of capital and other factors, reflecting their many flaws. Thus, the construction of Marxist humanistic management theory is particular important.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, my thesis has four parts.The first part describes the emancipation of the mind of Marx and analyzes the minds of Marx on the alienation of the people, human development, human liberation and other ideas.The second part describes the duality of man of modern Western humanistic management, pointed out the meaning of progress and defects which are existed in the human management of Western enterprise.The third part is the focus of this thesis, a deep analysis of the roots of modern enterprise humanistic management.The fourth part gives the enlightment of concepts and practices of modern enterprise human management. Epilogue describes that humanistic management is the sign of the times, it is the theory and practice of management in times. Although there are many defects, it is a constantly evolving historical process improvement, with the continuous progress of human management practices; humanistic management theory will eventually be perfected.
