As a result of management theory and practice development,human-centered management emphasizes people-oriented,and believes that scientific enterprise management should start from improving the relationship between people,and promote "people" to the most critical position,thereby enhancing people's autonomy,consciousness,initiative,and enthusiasm,making it the core driving force for the company to achieve efficiency and profit.At present,China's enterprise management is deeply affected by capital logic,and the phenomenon of corporate management alienation is serious.This is caused by insufficient understanding of human-based management.The author's writing of this article is not only a research and reflection on the theory of humanistic management,but also a reflection on the lack of humanistic management ideas in domestic enterprises.This paper takes the problems existing in the theory and practice of humanistic management in modern enterprises,and the shortcomings of human nature hypothesis in traditional management theory as the object of reflection,and theories of management,behavior,economic philosophy,Marxist humanism as the support,taking the case of enterprise management as the evidence,taking the management philosophy of Chinese traditional culture and the pre-Qin Confucian philosophy as the characteristics,using Marxist philosophical analysis method,to do some tentative research on the humanistic management theory and practice of modern enterprises.First of all,the company's theory of human-based management lacks a holistic understanding,leading to a one-sidedness in the practice of enterprises.Secondly,in the process of practicing human-centered management,it is difficult for enterprises to get rid of the influence of traditional management theory.The enterprise management system is too strict,the corporate justice concept is not uniform,the managers themselves are not enough,and the employers and the candidates do not know "Short-term and long-term use," or the abuse of the incentive system that is far from the people-oriented management philosophy.Finally,this thesis attempts to supplement and improve the problems existing in the theory and practice of modern enterprise in the process of human-based management by taking Marxist humanism as the mainstay and supplementing the excellent management thoughts in Chinesetraditional culture.In the process of practicing human-centered management,this paper argues that people are not really liberated from “materialization”,and still cannot get rid of the fate as a tool.Under the influence of traditional management,human nature hypothesis,labor alienation,capital logic,etc.,instead of humanism in practice,enterprises are “system-based” and “capacity-based”,which hindered enterprises from achieving human-centered management.Therefore,it is proposed that enterprises must understand the human-centered management theory as a whole firstly,and take power and responsibility into consideration,so that the management system and implementation of the enterprise can be carried out in a moderate and harmonious manner.Secondly,with the idea of balancing interests,the enterprise can unify the concept and realize the destiny.At the same time,managers are required to continuously improve their own quality and better lead their employees to achieve human development with their personality charm.Finally,companies should learn from the successful management philosophy of Inamori Kazuo and the talent principle of Yangming Xinxue,so as to correct and improve the theoretical and practical deficiencies in the process of human-based management,and help enterprises achieve true people-oriented and the ultimate goal of human management.
