Yinchuan Plain City Hypercycle System Is Constructed

With the development of the city, environmental and economic development contradictions increasingly by the increase of human activities and environmental quality increasingly decline seriously restricted economic development. How to realize social, economic and environmental sustainable development becomes an urgent problem need to address in modern social development. In this background, hypercycle theory arises at the historic moment, as a kind of new sustainable development pattern, for the healthy development of the urban system research offers a breakthrough, has profound significance.This paper is to make the Yinchuan plain urban system as the research object. To summarized the recent hypercycle theory at home and abroad and the main results of the development of research in Yinchuan Plain for grasping the related theoretical knowledge and research regional present situation. From four levels analyzed Yinchuan plain city hypercycle system in quantitative and qualitative (enterprise, industrial, city, region) and four constructing elements (industry, ecological environment, infrastructure, social spending), discussed the development of this regional city hypercycle system foundation and problems. To analyzed Yinchuan plain's three industries, ecological environment, infrastructure, consumption level and comprehensive development level on the basis of using the linear and nonlinear combination of comprehensive evaluation method. Then discussed its hypercycle characteristics and constructed the city in the Yinchuan plain hypercycle system's structure model based on the comprehensive evaluation.Based on the analysis of the four elements and comprehensive system of Yinchuan plain city Hypercycle system we can fund that the Comprehensive level of Yinchuan hypercycle systems shows ascendant trend, but the circular is lower that economy foundation development at preliminary stage from in 2003 to 2008. In industry should be strengthened resource recycling and green production; In ecological environment it need people's positive response; In urban infrastructure should be increased compared with highest index of investment in infrastructure and further perfect infrastructure; On the consumption side, Yinchuan city develops steadily, Shizuishan city develops slowly, and Wuzhongshi city development vary considerably. Although the Yinchuan plain city hypercycle system with the basic conditions, but its development status determines its city hypercycle system development is still at the primary stage, from the truly achieve city hypercycle system is far distance, need through effective development measures to ensure the sustainable development.
