Enterprise Supplementary Medical Insurance Market In The Embedded Analysis

With the foundation of the basic medical insurance system of employees, the government encourages some conditioned enterprises to establish their supplementary health insurance for employees in order to maintain the ability of the payment in medical area and satisfy the requirement of medical treatment. As a supplement of the basic one, the supplementary health insurance plays a crucial role in support. In this background, my research is based on studying the three types of management of the supplementary health insurance on their advantages and disadvantages. Combining the oversea and domestic experiences of this field, I have the conclusion that supplementary health insurance should be a section of commercial health insurance, and their commercialization is the demand of the social development and the insurance progress.By analyzing the concrete running of enterprise C's enterprise supplementary health insurance and the employees' opinions and suggestions, I make the research on the effects of it and do the analysis with embeddedness theory. With this case research I want to testify the continuity of the commercial type of the management of the enterprise supplementary health insurance by analyzing the economic actions with connection restriction and system restriction, and confirm the necessity of the reform in supplementary health insurance system running,In my research, I want to give some suggestions on the concrete operation of their commercialization to make it grow quickly, which included:the government drafts out laws and taxation policy for environment support, the enterprises set up supplementary health insurance under their economic strength and industry requirement for running risk elusion, and the insurance company should step up their management ability in medical insurance service.
