Study On The Supplementary Function Of Commercial Health Insurance In The Basic Health Care System

The needs for health protection have become another rigid one of people's life. Then,The rapid growth of economy has laid a good foundation for health insurance,and changes in the consumer sector provide a vast stage for the development of health insurance.China's commercial health insurance possesses a large potential for development. And it has made remarkable achievements in recent years, meanwhile, there still remain some problems. For example,weak risk control causes part of the high insurance loss ratios,which did not form a good mechanism of long-term development; Lack of professional management ideas causes low efficiency of commercial health insurance; Commercial health insurance business environment needs improving, Etc.This thesis starts from the conception and features of commercial health insurance, to give feasible proposals on how to better develop commercial health insurance with the analysis of the recent development of commercial health insurance and the learning for the foreign experiences.
