Sino-german Sme Innovation Comparative Study

Germany, as the developed market economy country, is famous for the development of small and medium enterprises with technological innovation, and especially for the advanced technology factor market, financial market and venture capital market, which are useful to improve the technology, and it supplies a successful example with reference value for the difficulties, which our country's SMEs have faced nowadays.The advanced technological innovation capacity of SMEs, and the encouraged and supported development of the SMEs can not only enliven the economy but also improve the development level of the entire national economy. In 2008 the Germany's capacity of anti-financial risk was improved, which was contributed by the advanced system of SMEs.This paper is written with the consideration of Germany's successful example of SMEs'development, and I discuss the real environment of our country's development of SMEs, and some policy and measures are also proposed in this paper.
