Post-project evaluation refers to systematic and objective analysis of the completed project aims, implementation, effectiveness, benefits, effectiveness and impact. Through check action of the project implementation, it can be determined that whether the objective of the project and the main performance indicator are achieved. The analysis and evaluation help to achieve the aims of affirming success, summing up experience, drawing lessons and making recommendations to improve the work and continuously improve project decision-making level and investment results. Post-project evaluation is at the end of the project cycle at the end; it can also be regarded as the beginning of another new project cycle. It should has evaluation methods and means matching with technological, social, economic and political objectives.It includs the establishment of mechanisms of accepting social evaluation to reduce and overcome the existence of one-sidedness,limitations and so on.In this paper, the project implementation of HDPE lined anti-wear and anti-corrosion tubing was checked to fully grasp the operation. And then in the basic principle of independence, science, practicality, transparency and feedback, by using comparative analysis method, the post-project evaluation combing quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis were carried out to identify the gap between the actual situation and the project feasibility study report; then according to the actual operation, a comprehensive analysis was done; finally, a modifying plan was proposed. Based on the actual performance data and combined with the current environment to get the subjective forecasts, this paper is intended to arrive at a conclusion to guide the actual production truly, thereby enhancing the level of the overall project benefits.
