| Since the latter half of 19th century, as two trends of development of global economy, the economic globalization and regional economic integration is becoming an inevitable stream in the development process of global economy. Organization of regional economic integration with various types, were established one after another in Europe,Africa,Oceania as well as the trans-continental countries and areas.However, compared to EU and NAFTA, the economic integration course in East Asian areas gets behind greatly. One of the main reasons in that there has no significant talk between three countries about economic,who are the synthesis national powers in this areas. Therefore, this thesis lays its importance on economic effect and construction policy of the China-Japan-Korea free trade area. This study reviews and proposes the feasibility of formulation of Free Trade Agreement among the three countries to consider of corresponding regional economic block and future comprehensive economic cooperation between three countries.Since the" early 1990s, with the rapid development of economy, the extremely enlarged economic scale and the increase of market demands in China, it is more significant for Korea to make free trade with China. The growth of Korea economy and export can be droved by either the increase of domestic demand or expansion of export of China. The reconstruction problems on economic system, industrial structure and business system will be the holdback of the economic development of Korea and Japan. The resources can be collocated, either inter-industries or within industries, in accordance with compared superiority among three countries. For the work division of inter-industries, Japan is superior in fields of high-tech and service industries, while the labor-dense agriculture and manufacturing of China will be further developed, and the status of Korea is between that of China and Japan. The technology-dense and capital-dense industries will be restructured among three countries in the cases of enlarged market in this region and increasing competition from internal and external.The content of the paper includes: Chapter One is the openness of this paper. It analyzes and establishes the background and the put forward of the China-Japan-Korea free trade area.Chapter Two discuss the trade basis for establishing FTA. This chapter discussed the trade issues and trade vision, as well as relevant matters of signing FTA among three countries on the basis of the relationship between China-Japan, China-Korea and Japan-Korea.Chapter Three discussing the possibility of establishing Free Trade Zone for China, Japan and Korea. This chapter described the different points of view of three countries on establishment of Free Trade Zone. Furthermore, the establishment scheme and necessary measures were given after analyzing the economic effects of Free Trade Zone for each country and the problems faced in the establishment.Chapter Four discusses about the economic effect of the China-Japan-Korea free trade area. Separately analyzes realistic significance and feasibility of the China-Japan-Korea free trade area, on which basis the China-Japan-Korea free trade area can be established.Chapter Five lays out some difficulties and obstacles China-Japan-Korea free trade area. Basing on the analysis of possibility, I bring forward the co operant types and approach which China-Japan-Korea free trade area can be choose.Chapter Six is the conclusion, which is the generalization on the all the above part. We consider that it is important to expand Chinese intra-industry trade further in the future FTA,to change Chinese trade structure and give full play to the role of engine of the economic growth of our country's foreign trade. |
