The Analysis Of Fdi Influence On The Jiangsu Service Industry Structural Optimization

Economic globalization develop rapidly,international industries shift continuously, foreign investment has become the main factors to drive China economy.Services owns the characteristics such as low power consumption and low pollution,its status increasingly significantly,while since 2003 Jiangsu ranks first consecutive 5 years,foreign investment has become the main impetus to promote Jiangsu economic growth.Therefore,how more reasonable more effective to use the foreign capital is the crucial role on optimizing service internal structure and promoting Jiangsu economic development.This article firstly review and comb the literature about the foreign and domestic relate to the relationship between foreign investment and services structural optimization,illustrate the mechanism of FDI promote the services structural optimization.In the basis of industrial structure optimization and services structural optimization theory,in the perspective of domestic and international,from the three industries and services internal to analysis the current situation of the services structural optimization,and brief overview the status of foreign investment in Jiangsu services.The existing research about the relationship between FDI and service industry structural optimization,mainly launched from the total amount,impact factor or mechanism,but this article is recognize whether the foreign investment promote Jiangsu service industry structural optimization,reveal its impact,then divide service into the traditional service industry and modern service industry,both from the total amount and structure, positive analyze the impact about foreign investment in Jiangsu on service industry structural optimization.Start with the total amount show that,on the analysis found that FDI in Jiangsu to promote service industry is greater than the promotion of Jiangsu GDP.And from the two levels such as output structure and employment structure to study the impact of the foreign investment on service industry structural optimization through the Granger causality test,and then found that FDI is the modern service industry added value and traditional service industry added value Granger reason,and the contribution of modern service industry added value higher than traditional service industry added value,and promote the optimization of the output structure of service industry.For the in-depth analyze the extent of FDI on the optimization about the output structure of service industry,base on the Granger causality test,then reference the general model of Chenery due to relation between economic development and industrial structure changes ,then introduct these three factors of the proportion of household consumption, the proportion of urban population and per capita GDP,further study FDI affect the service industry output structure ,found the promotion of FDI on the service industry structure has lack.Linear regression analysis shows, FDI was negatively correlated with the traditional service industry employment structure,and a positive correlated with the modern service industry employment structure,that is to say, FDI promotes the service industry employment structural optimization.Finally,base on the deficiencies of FDI in Jiangsu optimizate service industry structure,from the service industry investment environment,enhance service industry competitiveness,the quality of foreign investment and policy guidance and so on,put forward a rational and effective policy recommendations on using foreign investment to promote the Jiangsu service industry structural optimization services.
