| Recognition of the importance of employee motivation in organizations has grown dramatically in recent years,and the research on the employee motivation has become one of hot topics in the academic circles and business community. Psychological contract is playing increasingly important role in contemporary employment relationship. It comprised of beliefs about reciprocal obligations between the two parties. Compared with commercial contract, it is subjective, recessive and dynamic. Psychological contract is the essential element to affect employee's attitude and behaviors towards organization, and it affects employee working performance, working attitude and turnover intention. Finally, it affects enterprise sound and long-term development. So it is meaningful to study employee motivation measures in terms of psychological contract.Based on the psychological contract theory, this paper explores the effective measures of employee motivation by E corporation employee questionnaires survey and analysis. And these specific measures can be used as reference by managers to be aware the psychological movements of employees, then encourage them effectively, meet employee's satisfaction and improve the corporation operation and management. |
