Ideological And Political Education In The Corporate Harmonious Management Research

In the Party's Sixteenth Congress, the Party Central Committee defined the goal of building a socialist harmonious society. The construction"of the harmony society requires the participation of all members of society, and as one member of the main part of economic and social in China, whither the enterprises themselves are harmony or not is directly related with whither the goal of a harmony society can be achieved or not. The harmony of enterprises needs harmony management methods, so harmony management concept arises in time.Enterprise is.a combination of human being and objects, and human being plays a dynamic role. Obviously, the core of the harmony management of enterprises is the harmony management to people. This involves many kinds of problems of human being, and its focal point is his or her mind, so enterprises harmony management needs the ideological and political education about people..Firstly, this paper carried out the researches about ideological and political education and harmony management of China and abroad in order, made an overview on the content and characteristics of enterprise harmony management and ideological and political education as well as the status and role of ideological and political education in enterprise harmony management. And after the analysis of the problems and reasons for the ideological and political education in the current enterprise harmony management, this paper aimed at the position of ideological and political education not being taken seriously, the construction of ideological and political education team was lagged behind, the mechanism of ideological and political education was not perfect, the ways, methods and content of ideological and political education was lagged behind etc, and based on adhering to the three principles such as "three close", the guidance of concept of scientific development and dredging, this paper put forward a seriously of countermeasures about using ideological and political education to promote enterprise harmony management, which is also the focus of this paper. Specific measures are as follows:strengthening the concept of harmony, building the team of ideological and political education, improving system of the Ideological and Political Education, improving the content and methods of ideological and political education. The thesis of paper is that promoting enterprises harmony management by Ideological and Political Education. Finally, to prove enterprises harmony management can not be separated from Ideological and Political Education as an example.
