Study Of The Role Of Ideological And Political Education In The Building Of Enterprise Culture

As one of the traditional management tools in China , Ideological and Political Education had played a significant role in the enterprises , however, the situation comes to change ,most people neglected it ,because someone regard it as a outdated style, and it never fit for the enterprise. The main reason is the impact of western Enterprise's Culture .Since the 1980s, Western management theory comes to a new stage, that is the emergence of Enterprise's culture .This was described as a milestone in the management theory. Since then, it has been put into management practice, and succeed in some field, such as Hewlett-Packard Development Company, Wal-Mart, they made great progress. So many enterprises became to realize the importance of Enterprise's Culture.In our country, many enterprise put enthusiasm to the Enterprise's Culture, at the same time, some bad influence rise up , performance of western ideology, values, ideas and so on .It brought some crises to enterprises management. So we should reconsider the role of Ideological and Political Education..In this paper, it applies the analytical method , integrates theory with practice, from the beginning ,it describes the current status of enterprise management, and put emphasis on the research of Ideological and Political Education ,meantime, some prospects is necessary. This paper quoted some data, most data come from the reference books, besides, some data come from Dalian Locomotive Corporation.This paper is divided into four parts: the first, describes the crises which arise in enterprise management, and then lead the theme of the paper. The second ,describes the current status of Enterprise's Culture , give the analysis whice lead Ideological and Political Education to be weak. The third, aggregates the role of Ideological and Political Education ,and quotos one case of Dalian Locomotive Corporation, which concluded that both could be combined together. The last but not at least, it concludes some methods ,which can give Chinese enterprises some enlightment.
