Yunnan Province Of Large Enterprise Groups Corporate Governance Research

With the increasing important roles of corporation governance played in enterprise running, enterprise group governance had been taken attention gradually, exert effective function of big enterprise group governance has been to the focus. Because economy mechanism is transforming to market in our country, the problem which enterprise need to confronted are more specific, and the measure to solve contradiction is consummated corporation governance. The characteristic of big enterprise group governance in Yunnan province is related to industry, culture of Yunnan province. Therefore, the research about commonness and individuality of big enterprise group governance in Yunnan province is to be key points.This thesis is an applied research in theories of corporation governance about important problem in development in Yunnan province. The precondition of thesis is study on theory and practice of corporation governance in various countries, especially analyze diversified modes of corporation governance, and then apply advanced theory of manage,economics and law, use for reference of experience in developed area of our country, quest for mode of big enterprise group governance which is suitable for industry, enterprise scale and area culture of Yunnan province. The study content of this thesis include economics governance mode and govern governance mode,headquarters—subsidiary governance structure and mechanism,inside and outside corporation governance mechanism,basic construct of big enterprise group governance in Yunnan province. The purpose of thesis is perfect mode of big enterprise group governance, improve governance efficiency, build well competition system, accelerate big enterprise group governance in Yunnan province became transcendence, urge big enterprise group in Yunnan province has long-term development, ultimately, impulse development of economy and society in Yunnan province.
