A Study On The Introduction And Utilization Of Fdi And The Development Of China Producer Services

Since the 1960s,many developed and developed countries marched into the post industrialization time, the world economy developed to deep level, The development of service and manufacturing industries gradually showed a new model, formed the industrial structure from "focusing on producing" to "serving". The producer services industry became an inevitable trend in service economic development day by day as the main part of the service industry. FDI in producer services is one of the most important researches and it influences the development of other industries. As the intermediate inputs of other products, high or low level of development of producer services is directly related to the chain link in high or low production quality, and then it plays a key role in improving production efficiency of enterprise. However, from our current situation of the development of producer services, the low proportion of foreign investment of producer services, low level of openness and irrational investment structure of service industry have seriously hampered the improvement of the competitiveness of our producer services. With China's rapid economic development, the share of services sector in the national economy gradually increased, the development of producer services as the leading service sector must be sufficient attention.As the outstanding performance in the global financial crisis, many multinational companies have focused the eyes on China. With the development and growth of manufacturing enterprises and the entry of multinational manufacturing company, the development of producer service become more and more important, and the entry of multinational producer service companies has more sufficient reason. This paper has a certain practical significance for the reasonable introduction and utilization of foreign direct investment of producer services through analyzing the reason, current situation and factors of the introduction and utilization of foreign direct investment of producer services.In this paper, the foreign investment in the whole producer services is seen as the research object. Firstly, analyze the theory of producer services and recommend the motivation of the utilization of foreign direct investment of our producer services. Secondly, analyze the history and status of our producer services, and then find out the deficiency and its reason and factors of our producer services. Finally, put forward relevant suggestions on the introduction and utilization of foreign direct investment of our producer services according the above analysis.
