Research On Community Participation Of Tourism In Fujian Earth Building

With the further study of Tourism Sustainable Development, the positive impact of community participation is paid attention by more and more scholars. As Fujian Earth Building was World Heritage, take the Tianluokeng community for example, study on community participation in Fujian Earth Building.Taking the theory of Sustainable Development,Stakeholder and Social Exchange as guidance, the paper defines and analyzes a few relevant concepts of community participation. Based on the survey data, the paper analyzes the situation of community participation in Tianluokeng and summarizes four participation characteristics in.it. Based on the relationship of stakeholders in Tianluokeng community, the paper analyzes four conflicts between community resident and other stakeholders and summarizes the conflict factors. At last, the paper proposes three community participation models and mechanisms to finish the basic framework of full community participation in Fujian Earth Building community.
