This thesis focuses on how to apply the theory and methods of BSC and its way of management into the practice of corperation managing, as well as its importance in reform. This research bases on systemetic analysis, theory-and-practice combination and casestudies to detect the link between BSC and system reform. Through the research we have found the following results:1) Application of BSC management could directly and sustainably push forward the systemetic reform.BSC is not only an effective management tool for work performance, also a systemetic method combining theory and practice. BSC system includes financial control, internal operation, clients and growth learning, four of which targets can enable each member within to get involved with these asignments and to achieve these goals, besides direct performance they do. Meanwhile, to effect a good mangement of BSC bears witness to put higher requirement on the management system, resource environment, and teamwork of the corperation, consequently, leaning to various changes of structure, fianancial management, human resources and custom relationship management, operation management, information managemnt, even the marketing strategies and corperate culture for the entire corperation. All these elements would be optimized and reorganized to meet the needs of BSC. From this perspective, BSC will directly and sustainably fuel the systemetic reforms.2) BSC could become the opportunity and breakthrough for systemetic reform.In reality, systemetic refrom for a corperation is doubtlessly hard, aptly seen more failed cases than the succeeded. However, the most difficult element for such a task is boiling down to the reform of "people". In any reform, only the postive changes of concepts, attitudes, behaviors took on "people" and their teamwork together would it produce remarkable efforts for any institutions, machanisms and processes. BSC, which has been proven by numerous sucessful corperations, is an effective management system and tool. It can set up targets for employees to pursuit in an encouaging way, by winding up the business goal and personal benefits to make an internal incentive in order to guide and steer a collective culture and vulentary particiaption for employees. In this way, a true systemetic development and reform is well underway. Thus, BSC means the opportunity and breakthrough of the systemetic reform.
