The characteristics of wetlands that the large number, widely distributed, significant regional differences provide a superior resource base for wetland tourism. Shandong province is one of the provinces which has abundant wetland resources in China. Wetland tourism in Shandong province mainly concentrated in the Yellow River Delta, Shandong coastal areas and Jining, Zaozhuang, etc. Along the Nansi Lakes region, which protected areas of the Yellow River Delta wetland hosted the first festival, held for five Tengzhou Wetlands Lotus Festival, two Wetland Development Forum. The whole wetland thriving tourism of Shandong province development flourishingly.Weishan lake includes fourth lakes which are Weishan, Zhaoyang, Dushan and Nanyang. The water area is 1266km2. Weishan lake is a typical wetland ecosystem, which significant vegetation communities in the ancient, naturalness, rarity, diversity and other characteristics, in the long succession process and gradually formed a unique, complex, diverse ecosystems, the basic long maintained a virtuous circle. With the attention to Weishan surrounding counties tourism development increasingly strong, Weishan lake wetland tourism will certainly be considerable development and become the new economic growth point in Shandong. On the other hand, Weishan lake wetland as a wetland system typical of the lake, the provincial nature reserve, North Water Transfer Project of the key protected areas, provincial key ecological function protected areas, the highly ecological sensitivity, thus it will be constrained by many ecological conditions in its tourism development. To make Weishan lake wetland in tourism development in the process of its ecological environment from big intrusive, ensure its ecological safety, it is necessary to establish a Weishan lake wetland ecological tourism development restriction mechanism.
