Expansion Of The Rural Residents' Consumption

Consumption is a main part of aggregate demand. The change will influence economy of a country. In recent years,although we have undergone economy development,the inhabitants' life quality have promoted very much,the consumption rate decreased year aftet year,comparing with the developed countries in the world.Residents' low consumptive level is the main reason. In China, rural owns most of the population, which has great potential consumption.But the rural consumption market is not fully excavated.The level of current rural residents' overall consumption is low and the consumptive structure is not reasonable.This seriously restricted the development of domestic market.If we don't change it in time, it will affect China's national economic sustainable development.Increasing the domestic consumption demand is very important for promoteing the quality of economic development to be realize the economy well and fast.Expanding rural domestic demand has been the focus of our economic work. In early 1998,Chinese government began to implement consumption start-up policies/However, domestic demand shortage today still is the problem of our economic work.Why is rural consumption level so low? what factors influence People's consumption?What are the reasons of Restricting our rural consumption. With these questions, I launched researches on rural residents'consumption. This paper makes the expanding rural consumer demand as the main line,with our country rural consumer actual situation as a starting point.On the basis of existing research results both at home and abroad, combining with the latest information and information,the writer has done a lot of research and analysis around the rural consumer the restricted factors to concluded the basic ideas of expand our country rural residents' consumption.Except the preface,this article Is divided into four parts.They were elaborateing the concepts and basic theories about rural residents consumption, describing rural residents' consumptive current situation and new characteristics, analysing the factors which restrict the growth of rural residents consumption, giving countermeasures for expanding rural consumption.
