Henan Industrial Structure And Employment Structure In The Coordination Of Development Research

The development of social economy inevitable requirement industrial structure adjustment, while industry structure and employment structure is a pair of contradictory entity, the change of industrial structure determines the employment structure change's direction and level, the change of employment structure restricts the optimization of the industrial structure, studies the coordinated development relations between the two have vital practical significance. This article unifies the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis, studied the industrial structure and the employment structure change rule, correlational dependence and coordinated relations, so as to better to formulate industry structure and employment structure of harmonious development of policies, which can guarantee Henan social economy smooth reforming and science harmonious development.Based on the review of domestic and foreign related literature, Firstly, analysis the industry structure and employment structure successional variation process, the characteristic and the tendency, and summarizes up the evolution lag reasons; Secondly, use the stationarity test, cointegration test and granger causality test to analysis the correlational relationship between the two; then through the structure change coordination model, the grey correlation model and the coupling coordination degree model to conduct the concrete quantification research between the two coordinated relations, and combined with both evolution trend contrastive analysis, structure deviation degree analysis, comparison labor productivity analysis and employment elastic analysis to evaluate the coordinated development of both the current situation. Through the above empirical and normative parse, draws the following conclusions:(1)Henan Province industry structure evolution tendency is consistent with the world industry structure evolution rule, but it urgently awaits to reform; (2)Henan Province employment structure with industrial structure evolution tendency basic consistent, but it lags the industrial structure evolution at present; (3)Henan province industry structure and employment structure has the close correlational dependence, the two is a pair of contradictory entity, mutual influence and advancement; (4) Between the industry structure and employment structure still exist some certain deviation, the coordinated degree was still low, need to be further coordinated development; (5) Industry structure and employment structure coordinated development policy-making should unifies the industrial policies and the employment policy implementation. At last, in the above research's foundation, analyzes the imbalance reasons of their evolution development, and puts forward the coordinated development countermeasure proposal from the industrial policy and the employment policy two aspects.
