The Research Of Coordinate Development Between Industry Structure And Employment Structure In Fujian Province

Based on the related theory of research and the economic development of all countries proved, industry structure and employment structure exists the lord dialectical relationship: On the one hand, the industry structure is the material base of the employment structure, with the changes of the industrial structure the employment structure will change. On the other hand, the change of the employment structure can block or push industry structure to change. When the employment structure can adapt to industry development, it has a positive effect to the development of industry, or lead to the deviation of employment structure from industry development, which result to prominent employment problem, and hinder the employment growth. Through analyzing systematical the relationship between industry structure and employment structure, seeking to coordinated development roads of two, not only can promote the employment grow stably but also having positive effect on the optimization and upgrading of industry itself.With the industry transition and the upgrading of the industrial structure in Fujian province, the employment structure optimizes constantly. However, the existing labor supply situation in Fujian province can not adapt to the industry development needs, which result to structural employment contradiction, the coexistence of employment and unemployment, and the deviation of industry structure and employment structure. The deviation of industry structure and employment structure brings some negative effect to the development of economic and stable employment. According to this problem, using the combined method of quantitative analysis and qualitative, this paper selects the annual data related economic variables from 1978 to 2009, researching the evolution tendency of industry structure and employment structure in Fujian province since the reform and opening , analyzing the relationship between the two and the the existing problems, and putting forward the author to solve them.There are four sections in the paper.The first section clarifies the industry structure and employment structure of the connotation, related theory and the dialectical relations between the two;The second section analyzes evolution tendency of industry structure and employment structure from 1978 to 2009 in Fujian, through longitudinal comparison, and summarized the industry structure and employment structure characteristics;The third section is the key research of this paper. Firstly, in Fujian Province, this part analyzes the present coordination development situation of industry structure and employment structure, and judges preliminary that industry structure and employment structure departure each other in Fujian province, following finding the reasons affecting the coordinated development between the industry structure and employment structure. Next, through the Industry structure departure and Employment elasticity angles, it analyzes empirically the coordination of industry structure and employment structure in Fujian province. Through the study, confirmed industry structure and employment structure happened to deviate in Fujian province and employment structure lags behind the development of the industrial structure, both in the coordinate developmental state. And through analysis of elasticity, explaining the GDP growth in the three industries has different pulling effect.Finally, based on the third section empirical analysis and pointed the questions of the industry structure and employment structure, discusses the countermeasures which have positive effect to adjust the employment structure and industry structure to develop coordinated and narrow the deviation of industry structure and employment structure.
