| Leisure recreational tourism is a result of the development of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and also a kind of social cultural activities and leisure activities in the modern life. With the rapid development of income, living standards and people's way of life, people's life style has gradually changed from the basic material needs to mental experience and spiritual needs of health, family, outdoor sports and travel. At the same time, leisure sports tourism gradually developed into a sunrise industry in today's society, which has a broad market space and great potential for development. Therefore, the development of leisure sports tourism resources has become the bottleneck of Leisure Sports Tourism.Linyi City, as a typical small city, is rich in natural resources, cultural resources and revolutionary resources. Although these tourism resources had got some development to some extent, but there are many problems and shortcomings in the combination of sport and leisure. In this paper, the development of leisure and sports tourism resources in Linyi City is regarded as the research object, and research methods like literature, expert interviews and questionnaires are used in this paper. The author did a specific analysis of current situation of the development of leisure and sports resources in Linyi City, and has proposed the corresponding development model and the countermeasures, and drew the following conclusions:(1) leisure sports tourism resources is the sum of all resources given by the nature, with the function of mind and body relaxing, stress relieving and return to natural, and also producing economic, social, cultural and ecological benefits. It has five aspects of major functional benefits: diversity, historical significant, regional significant, seasonal significant, cultural significant, educational significant and participatory. It also has economic, social, ecological and cultural effects.(2) This research is proved to be necessary and feasible from the point of view of sociology, cultural studies, psychology, recreation and economics; Shandong Province, Linyi City, the distribution of leisure sports tourism resources has obvious geographical advantages, convenient transportation, solid economic foundation, profound culture, rich revolutionary resources and other characteristics. These advantages provide a prerequisite for the development of the recreational sports tourism in Linyi City.(3) In recent years, the development of leisure sports tourism resources has made significant achievements in Linyi City. It reflected in:the development of natural resources has got remarkable achievements; human recreational tourism resources are dug and researched; the development of folk sports tourism resources are evaluated; the revolutionary sports tourism has just started. (4) leisure and sports tourism resources in Linyi City has not only excellent tourist city, tourism infrastructure, geographical features, urban brand advantages, but also some disadvantages, such as lack of support for basic research and work, lack of macro planning and guidance, lack of professional talents, and lack of tourism promotion. But at the same time, the development of leisure and sports tourism resources has its excellent opportunity and some threats in Linyi City.(5) For the distribution of resources and the different categories in Linyi City, this paper constructed the developrnent model of natural resources, human resources and the revolutionary sports tourism resources. The development can be on its sustainable road with a special type, combined type and type of development approach.(6) In the developing process of leisure and sports tourism resources in Linyi City, we should strive to adhere to follow the economic effects, protection of ecological environment, coordinated development, highlighting the characteristics and principles of branding, but also implement the government guidance, improve the legal system, strengthen the publicity, pay more attention to personnel training, insist market-oriented development. |
