A Study On Tourism Development Of Tsingtao Beer Culture Recreational Business District

In China today, with the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, leisure has become one of the themes of daily life. In order to balance life and relax, people begin to try various ways of leisure, including indoor leisure and out door leisure etc. With the development of the city and the economic structure upgrade, city leisure tourism has gradually developed, and recreational business districts built continuously. Qingdao city, with the superior geographical position and rich tourism resources, access to national honor many times in tourism. A file of Qingdao government in 2009 said that, "the tourism had important significance for the adjustment of industrial structure, expanding domestic demand, increasing employment, promoting the opening up and promoting the harmonious development of urban and rural". Qingdao government had promulgated a number of policies to encourage and support the development of the tourism industry. The Tsingtao Beer culture recreational business district is carried out in such environment. Therefore, study on the tourism development of this district can not only conducive to the sustainable development of itself, but also conducive to the promotion of economic and social development of Qingdao.In the first part of the paper is the background and the domestic and foreign research trends, then propose the research framework and the foothold of this study basing on the research of recreational business district tourism development.Then the author expounds some basic concepts and theories of recreational business district, analysis the type and function. At the same time, compares the different characteristics of two typical recreational business districts in China.Introduce the basic conditions for the development of the recreational business district, do the SWOT analysis, and elaborate on its tourism development and existing problems. In the thorough investigation, position the function of the district, analysis the spatial pattern and then the paper puts forward the principle and strategy of tourism product development.Finally, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problem. The author hope that this paper can give positive effects on the development of the district, provide reference for government and do some contribution to the social and economic development of Qingdao.
