At present, China is in the process of social transformation from traditional agricultural society to industrial society, and then change to the information society, driven by the wave of rapid development, Middle-income people in cities are growing rapidly, at the same time, housing, medical care, unemployment insurance, social welfare has not fully kept pace with the pace oaf urbanization. Since the housing reform, driven by the profit-driven market economy, house prices in city is soaring rapidly, far beyond the capacity of middle-income people. This thesis talks from the new perspective of the relationship between house prices and Middle-income people, analysis the relevance of middle-income people and house prices, and focuses on the links of middle-income people'development and the real estate market. The thesis is based on several basic premises as follows: First, middle-income people, specifically refers to people whose revenue targets achieve to the level of local middle-income level; Second, the development of middle-income people benefit the advancement of China's urbanization process, and is conducive to the formation of "Two small, big in the middle " of the olive social class structure; Third, at present, middle-income people obtain housing mainly from the real estate markets; Fourth, China's real estate market prices deviate from the normal ratio of price earnings ratio.Typically, the development of middle-income people need a certain social conditions, China's current economic development level already have the conditions of forming the olive social class structure, but there are kinds of constraints that limit the development of middle-income people, such as housing, etc, so the development progress of middle-income groups is not smooth.As for the problem of the relationship between the middle-income people and housing, this thesis uses the method of quantitative and qualitative research, and uses the theory of social transformation, housing class theory, the theory of social consumption, to explore the root causes of housing difficulties, and the method of the orderly development of the real estate market.This thesis consists of five sections.The introduction section describes the background of selection of the thesis topic, and analyzes the significance of the thesis. In addition, it also introduces domestic and foreign scholars'research results related to this topic, further study aspects, and explains the idea of this study and the study methods, innovation and weakness of the thesis.Section I of the thesis describes the relationship between the middle-income groups in China and the housing prices. For there is various of constraints in the development of middle-income groups,this thesis focuses on the impact of high housing prices on the survival and development of middle- income groups.Section II discusses the high housing prices'impact on the scale, the development status, living standards of the middle-income groups.Section III Analysis of the development of middle-income people's reaction to the real estate market, focuses on the analysis of the middle-income groups are the basic consumer groups of the real estate market , in addition, the middle-income groups are the basic consumer groups of promoting the prosperity of the real estate market ,pointing to the dependence relationship between the development of middle- income groups and the the real estate market , and the necessity of improving the system of middle-income groups housing. This thesis analysis housing policy, housing finance system, housing supply mechanisms should be improved on, for the middle-income people.
