Study Of Housing Social Security System Of Middle-Low-income Citizens

Housing is a basic human right; it's not only concerns the welling of the citizens, but also concerns the stability and equality of the society. In the juncture of China's economic system transition, It is of great importance to establish and improve the housing social security system to guarantee the housing rights of middle-low-income residents in China's urban areas, and it is the indispensable responsibility and function of the Chinese government.This dissertation discusses how to improve the housing social security system of the middle-low-income citizens, taking Wuhan as an example, and it covers five parts. The first part defines the relative concepts, reviewing the relative study, and describes the study background, giving the meanings and the research way. The second part analyzes the history of the housing social security system of the middle-low income citizens of Wuhan . Meanwhile it also describes the update housing and the update implement of the social security of housing of Wuhan citizens. The third part Analyzed the problem of housing social security system of the middle-low income citizens of Wuhan, including the problem of affordable house,low-rent house and the problem generated from reforms of the social security housing system. The forth part gives the think-way to improve the housing social security system, based on the theory bases and discipline an well as international experiences. The fifth part is a brief summary, outlining the conclusion and the deficiency.By this dissertation, I hope the housing of middle-low income families could be regarded by the government and all circles of the society. Meanwhile, I hope this dissertation could prompt the theory research in the field of Housing system which may give some references to the government for their policy making .
