Production Of Services To Enhance The Manufacturing Competitiveness

During the process of every country's industrialization, the competitiveness of local manufacturing industry is increasingly dependent on the support of advanced productive service systerm.. New type industrialization has to rely on the producer services, to promote transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry. With the continuous softened of industrial structure of the national economy, the development of producer services is not only a source of improving its value, also an "adhesive" for the link bond of manufacturing production.At present, the manufacturing industry, as the pillar of economy, has been under unprecedented development in Shaanxi province. However, Once developed to a certain stage, the added value and market competitiveness of manufacturing needs more supports of services. Due to lack of advanced system support of producer services, the manufacturing in Shaanxi still needs engaged in so much non-core business activity about services, which causing their competitiveness relatively backward. As high inputs of the producer service industry, the ability to receive the demand of traditional manufacturing industry, has becoming an important way to upgrade regional manufacturing industry and improve manufacturing's competitiveness.Based on improving the competitiveness of manufacturing in Shaanxi, This article not only discussed the interactive interaction of producer services and the promoting of manufacturing competitiveness, but also the strategy and way of promoting mutual development. Firstly, by constructing index system of competitiveness of regional manufacturing in Shaanxi province, we make a deeply analysis of manufacturing competitiveness. Secondly, this study analyzed the mutual influence between producer services and manufacturing competitiveness, and then examined the ability of producer services to improving manufacturing competitiveness by Unit Root Test, Cointegration Analysis and Grander Causality Test. Revealing there exists long-term stable dynamic equilibrium relation and Grander causality between producer services and manufacturing competitiveness in Shaanxi. On this basis, we built VAR model to analyze the interactive performance of producer services and manufacturing. Finally, combined with the actual situation that the producer service industry's backwardly development in Shaanxi has seriously influenced the development of the manufacturing industry and its competitiveness, we discussed the strategy and path to promote the interactive development of producer services and manufacturing, hoping which can arouse people's concern and further research to this problem.This thesis is divided into six chapters. In addition to Introduction (chapter 1) and conclusions and outlook (chapter 6), the thesis can be divided into theoretical part and empirical part. Theoretical part includes 2,3 chapters that focus on theoretical analysis of interactive relationship between manufacturing and producer service industry, evaluation of the competitiveness of manufacturing. Empirical part includes4,5 chapters that focus on empirical analysis of producer services and manufacturing's competitiveness in Shaanxi, and suggestions to path choice of improving competitiveness of manufacturing industry and the interactive development of manufacturing industry and producer services.
