Research On The Influence Of Producer Services On Export Competitiveness Of Manufacturing Industry In Shandong Province

Manufacturing industry is the cornerstone of industrialization,occupies a dominant position in economic development,its development quality relates to whether Shandong Province economy realizes the high quality growth.Since the reform and opening up,the export of Shandong's manufacturing industry has gained a place in the international trade by relying on the abundant natural resources and demographic dividend,which has promoted the economic growth of Shandong Province.But it is this extensive model of economic development that has led Shandong's manufacturing sector to export mostly low-value-added primary products,at the low end of global trade.With the deepening forms of global economic cooperation and increasingly fierce international market competition,the extensive economic development model that relies on natural endowment for Economic Development has gradually lost its advantages,and the natural endowment advantages of Shandong Province have gradually disappeared,the export competitiveness of the manufacturing industry shows a downward trend.Therefore,in order to change the status quo of Shandong's manufacturing exports and solve the problems in a targeted way in manufacturing exports,we must explore a way to effectively improve the position of manufacturing enterprises in the global value chain and enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing exports.As a separate sector from the manufacturing industry,producer services mainly provide intermediate services for each link of the manufacturing industry and inject new vitality into the improvement of manufacturing efficiency and manufacturing industry.In the new normal of economic development,producer services with the characteristics of knowledge-intensive and talent-intensive as intermediate inputs are not only conducive to improving the quality of manufactured export products,but also promoting the promotion of export competitiveness and global value chain status.In the implementation opinions on promoting the in-depth integration and development of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,the concept of "two-industry integration" was clearly put forward,and the right direction and implementation path were found for deepening the "two-industry integration".Therefore,the main research object of this paper is the function mechanism of producer services on the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry,to verify the promoting effect of producer services on the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry in shandong province.This paper analyzes the impact of producer services on the export competitiveness of Shandong's manufacturing industry from both theoretical and aspects.First of all,after a clear definition of the relevant concepts and theories,this paper analyzes the current development situation of producer services and manufacturing export competitiveness in Shandong Province according to relevant data and indicators,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the export competitiveness of producer services and manufacturing in Shandong Province at the moment.Secondly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of producer services promoting the export competitiveness of Shandong manufacturing industry,and expounds the specific ways and ways.Again,the use of producer services and manufacturing industry in Shandong Province from 2008 to 2017 to measure the relevant data analysis,on the one hand,on the whole producer services to validate the influence of manufacturing export competitiveness,On the other hand,it examines the impact of the subdivided producer services on the export competitiveness of the manufacturing sector,the results showed that the productive service industry of Shandong Province's manufacturing exports competitiveness has a promoting effect,but different segmentation in producer services industry impact on manufacturing export competitiveness size there is a difference.Finally,this paper concludes that we should increase the input of producer services according to the demand of manufacturing industry,and promote the export competitiveness of Shandong manufacturing industry.
