Producer services provide services to service in the middle,they are an integral part of the real economy. Producer services are full of high knowledge, and they have intensivehuman capital and high value-added.Since the 1970 s, the added value of service industry in developed countries and regions have been rising proportion in the whole economy. With the development of information technology and the advancement of industrialization and urbanization, the demand of services to manufacturing is becoming more and more. The demand of the increasing service industry internal industrial structure began to change. Led to the development of manufacturing industry, the development of service tradegradually show both interdependence, mutual promotion and coordinated development trend.Jilin province located in the hinterland of the northeast old industrial base, natural and geographical position is inferior to Liaoning, and is not as rich as Heilongjiang province in resources.
