Tengzhou Cultural Tourism Resource Development Potential Evaluation Studies

With the development of social economy and personal knowledge literacy of ascension,cultural tourism is paid attention of more and more high.Cultural tourism resources are the precious resources of tourist industry, due to the special historical and applied,we must consider the problem of effective protection and rational exploitation for cultural tourism resources.So it is particularly important to accurate evaluation cultural tourism resources development potential.This paper take cultural tourism resources of Tengzhou City as the research object,and be combined with developing a practical of cultural tourism resources of the city,evaluate these development potential,deepening the theory and method of cultural tourism resources development potential evaluation,in order to improve lasting vitality and attraction of the cultural tourism,ensure sustainable utilization of cultural tourism resources of Tengzhou City.Tengzhou City has a long history and humanities gather together.There are numerous bright characteristics and high taste of cultural tourism resources,altogether there are more than 600 place for all kinds of cultural relics in the territory,such as North Xin cultural sites for neolithic 7300 years ago,Country Teng site for Shang and Zhou period etc,which is the place for historical celebrities appear one after another,for example Mo-tse,Teng Wen Gong,Meng Chang Jun,Mao Sui,Lu Ban and so on,cultural tourism activities are very suitable for developing.But now the development on cultural tourism resources of Tengzhou City is still at the primary stage,even some development forms and means also have a lot of problems,which can not give Tengzhou City with the corresponding tourism revenue.On the basis of summarizing research achievements for domestic and foreign experts and scholars,this paper studys cultural tourism and tourism resource development evaluation,forms the perspective of tourism resources evaluation by using the existing research methods,evaluates cultural tourism resources development potential of Tengzhou City,explores their characteristics and developing key,comes up with its development strategy,plays a promoting role for cultural tourism development practice of Tengzhou City.The main contents for this paper include the following 6 parts:(1) This paper discusses the research background and significance,summarizes and analyzes the research progress for domestic and foreign achievements on culture tourism and tourism resource development evaluation,and explains the use of research methods for the paper,given research techniques map.(2) Analyzes the current situation of Tengzhou City for natural geographical,social economy.traffic location and so on.according to the specific circumstances on "the People's Republic of China national standard tourism resources classification" and cultural tourism resources of Tengzhou City,these resources are mainly divided into landscape cultural tourism resources and social humanities tourism resources 2 kinds,5 main classes,19 sub-types,46 basic types,and to classify summarize.(3) Through the analysis of the rules and characteristics for cultural tourism resources,on the basis of fully considering restricting factors for cultural tourism resources development potential of Tengzhou City,according to the principle of analytic hierarchy process and construction principle of cultural tourism resources development potential evaluation index system,the evaluation index system was built for cultural tourism resources development potential of Tengzhou City. This system mainly covers resource endowment,development condition and market potential 3 main fields,including resource elements value,resources influence,resource carrying capacity and so on 8 projects,in common ornamental recreation use value,historical and cultural science and artistic value.rare strange degree etc 23 index. Invite relevant experts and scholars for a questionnaire consulting,give score for each element of system,then use analytic hierarchy process to give weight values for each layer index of the evaluation index system,and analyzes the weights ratio of evaluation index system.(4) Referring to the tourism statistical data in recent years of Tengzhou City,analyses the cultural tourism market,the domestic and foreign tourists market positioning for three levels:level 1 tourist market(core market),level 2 tourist market(development market),level 3 tourist market(opportunity market).The cultural tourism resources of Tengzhou City were analyzed,concluded its characteristics:quantity,type whole,value diversification;long history,high grade,great influence;wide distribution,combination better,background conditions are good.Screening 80 scenic spots for development potential evaluation on representative cultural tourism resources in Tengzhou City,adopts the fuzzy mathematics method of scoring ten cents carry on the fuzzy grading,then using mathematical model calculated the comprehensive evaluation score for development potential of selected scenic.According to the final evaluation score the development potential for cultural tourism resources of Tengzhou City is divided into 4 grades:I grade potential resources,score in 8.0～10; II grade potential resources.score in 7.0-8.0;Ⅲgrade potential resources, score in 6.0～7.0;Ⅳgrade potential resources, score in 6.0 below.And the results were analysed about cultural tourism resources development potential evaluation of Tengzhou City.(5) According to the development potential evaluation results for cultural tourism resources of Tengzhou City,and to compare analysis,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the cultural tourism resources development potential.For the advantages and disadvantages of the cultural tourism resources development potential,and at present the development situation of cultural tourism of Tengzhou City,and put forward its development countermeasures and suggestions:integration of cultural tourism resources,create cultural tourism competitive products;increase tourism marketing,expanding the tourist market;strengthening industry management,standardize cultural tourism market;perfect tourism function,improve tourist city connotation;strengthen education training for citizens and employees.(6) Finally,this paper summarized the main research conclusion,limitations and the future prospect,providing reference for the future study.
